Momentum Gym’s
Terms & Policies

Tuition

Tuition is defined as the amount due each month for your athletes to participate in Momentum Gym classes. Below are the following terms regarding tuition:

  • If you sign up mid-month, tuition will be prorated to the end of that month

  • Your athlete will not be allowed to participate in class if tuition is more than 1 month overdue.

  • All prices of tuition are subject to change

Payment Process

Every 1st of the month tuition will be posted to the parent portal. You can view your balance, transaction history, and any cards you have on file in the “Billing & Payments” section. You can add and/or remove payment methods, however, you CANNOT submit payments manually. Your primary card on file will be charged automatically on either the 1st or the 10th of the month (based on your preference). If you need an extension past the 10th please contact Coach Jared at (928) 224-0535. Alternative payment methods are due on the first class of each month, and if not received before the 10th your card on file will be charged (unless otherwise contacted). EVERY FAMILY THAT IS NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE ESA PROGRAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A CARD ON FILE.

The accepted alternative payment methods are listed below:

  • Debit/Credit Card

  • ACH Bank Deposit

  • Zelle

  • Cash

  • Check. (Please make out the check to Momentum Gym)

Surcharge Notice:

In an effort to cover the costs of credit card processing fees, we will charge 2.89% to every transaction paid with a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card. This does not apply to debit cards or other forms of payment.

ESA

As an ESA vendor, we can take payments directly from ClassWallet. After selecting the ESA option during enrollment, you will receive a pdf invoice via email for you to submit through your ClassWallet account. You will not be required to have a card on file, however, please be prompt in submitting the invoice! If you need an extension or if there’s any other issue preventing submission contact Coach Jared. Paying through ClassWallet can take a long time to reach vendors, so you will be required to pay for the semester up front (starting mid-semester will be prorated).

No Refunds

All tuition is final and non-refundable. There is no proration for cancellations mid-month. Any cancellations must take place on or before the last business day of the month to be processed. We must be notified via phone, text, email, or in person that you wish to cancel.

Absences & Make-Up Classes

Not showing up to class without giving prior notice is considered absent. A make-up class is attending another class in which your athlete is not enrolled. Below are the following terms regarding absences:

  • Three consecutive unexcused absences will be considered a cancellation and your athlete(s) will no longer be enrolled. We will reach out to you via email and phone before processing any cancellation.

  • Any prior notice given before the end of class qualifies for a make-up class.

  • Make-up classes must match your athlete’s current class type.

  • Make-up classes may be scheduled through the payment portal or by contacting Coach Jared

  • No drop-in classes are allowed! All make-up classes must be scheduled in advance

Sickness & Personal Emergencies

Tuition will not be prorated nor credit given for sickness or personal emergencies. In the event that your athlete or Coach Jared would be unable to attend due to either one of the events listed above, make-up classes may be scheduled for everyone affected. Please schedule via the parent portal or coordinate with Coach Jared directly to schedule your make-up class. (928) 224-0535.

Holidays & School Breaks

Holidays and School Breaks are calculated into the price of tuition. Whenever Momentum Gym will be closed for a holiday or school break there will be no class credits given or make-up classes scheduled.
